Recently hon'ble Chief Justice Of India have given their most valuable assent upon the proposal of Leader Of Opposition upon an ancient context concerning with bifurcation of Supreme Court Of India into four zonal branches,conditioned upon the fact of retaining jurisdiction by themselves to hear the dispute between states, and matter adjudicable by constitution bench.Emphasis are given upon justice at door step ,or speedy justice which is considered as fundamental right of citizens.Whereas in case of orissa matter,neither the chief justice of Orissa High Court, nor the State Government consider so,whenever question arises for establishment of a bench of Orissa High Court for Western Orissa.Even hon'ble C.J. of Orissa High Court have turned down the request of hon'ble Chief Minister of Orissa justifying for such establishment.On the other hand,entire 38 Bar Associations across the Western Orissa comprising of 10 districts concurrently have been agitating since dated 30th April 2006,demanding establishment of High Court Bench (wwwhcbench.blogspot.com) at any place within Western Orissa.But the so-called state government who , infact is Orissa Coast found to be lacking with Political Will to develop this Region.Acting upon Premeditated Well Organised concert,entire developments in Orissa focally centred within Cuttack & Capital (C&C) region,so as to say all adm. offices,high court,tribunals,professional establishments have been held in that region with in a compact area of 30 kms.Western Orissa lays at a distance of 400 to 500 kms away from C & C region.People of Western Orissa travel with Unattended,Poor,Delit,Illiteracy and Ignorance all along.State Government in all the times ABANDONS the people of this region under the roof of Below Poverty Lane,Acute Poorness,Delits,Illiteracy and Ignorancy,to be the permanent address of this region.Inconveniency caused due to Mosquitos Biting upon residents and for other trivial matter of C & C region has often been raised before High Court Bench of Orissa for consideration,whereas much serious matter concerning with life and security of people of this region,matter relating to CHILD-TRAFFICKING due to acute poverty have been parted with,from their consideration.None had have a kind look upon the lives of the people of this region,where as huge resource has been spent upon C & C region.One illustrative matter,during KONDHOMAL violence while people staying inside forest due to fear of risk to their lives,have not been able to come into normal track and struggle for having normal life,at that time state government have given in present to the people of C & C region seven numbers of much luxuary Community Park to lead a highly fashioned life.Where is CORDIALITY from Government upon the people of this region ? Why such STEPMOTHERLY attitude from Govt. upon the people of this region ?
